Equipment Booking: Reserving Equipment

Reservations

Reservations can be made through the Library's Online Equipment Booking Tool. For more detailed instructions, follow the instructions on Adding Items To Your Cart  and Confirming Your Equipment Booking on the dropdown menu above.

Alternatively, please contact the library at askthelibrary@nosm.ca, in-person, by telephone, or through our SMS text or web chat services and we will book your equipment for you. We recommend reservations be made in advance to guarantee availability. Please provide the following information when reserving equipment:

• Name and email address (must be @nosm.ca) of the person picking up the equipment
• NOSM University status (Student/Resident/Faculty/Staff)
• Equipment required
• Date of pick up
• Date equipment will be returned
• Sudbury or Thunder Bay campus

NOSM University photo ID is required upon pickup.​
