Most hosted journals are subscription-based and are available only to Ontario universities who have negotiated access for them. A small but growing number of journals are open access and available to anyone.
Scholars Portal Journals is certified as a Trustworthy Digital Repository for long-term preservation.
All commercial content on the platform is negotiated through the OCUL office to ensure long-term hosting and preservation rights. If there is an open access journal you’d like see loaded, hosted, and preserved on the platform, please contact us.
